Kindergarten:For admission to Junior Kindergarten a child must be in the range of
three years and six months to four years. For admission to Senior Kindergarten a
child must be a year older. For admission to Kindergarten, parents must present the child’s Birth
Certificate and Ration Card, with Xerox copies
of the same. Admission to these private Kindergarten classes gives no parent the
RIGHT of Admission to Std. I. Primary School:All Applications for Admission to Stds. I-IV are handled by the
Principal. For Admission to Std. I, a child must be approximately six years of age.
All that the parent requires is the original Birth Certificate, ration card and
a Xerox coy of the same. Catholic students
would require a Baptism Certificate and a Xerox copy of the same. Pupils applying for admissions of Stds. II, III and IV, must submit a
School Leaving Certificate from the school they last attended. If that school
was in a state other than Maharashtra, the Leaving certificate would have to be
countersigned by the Education department of that State. Parents must present a Report of the Final Exam of Std. Below the one to
which admission is being sought; a Cumulative Report of the pupil’s progress
and conduct and a Ration Card. The methodology in the PRIMARY School is Personalized Education. There are regular extra activities on the curriculum. If for any reason, a student withdraws from any class in the Primary, a
written application must be given a month in advance or else the fee for the
following month will be charged. No Leaving Certificate will be issued until all
dues are paid. The Application Form for the Leaving Certificate is inserted in
the school calendar. Std. IV is the final year of St. Anne’s PRIMARY school. in April the
pupils will receive their School Leaving Certificate. Parents may apply for
Admission to any school of their choice or to St. Anne’s if they wish. Secondary School:All applications for Admission to Stds. V-X are handled by the Principal. Pupils applying for Admission must submit a school Leaving Certificate
from the School they last attended. If that school was in a state other than

SECURITY DEPOSIT SCHEMEThe
school has A Security Deposit (free of interest) Scheme. The interest of this
Deposit will be utilized:
Parents/
guardians of each pupil admitted to St. Anne’s are expected to join the
school’s Security Deposit (no interest) Scheme of the school. A minimum
deposit of Rs. 1000/- in the name of each pupil will be deposited. Only
on production of the ORIGINAL RECEIPT (issued by the school at the time of
making the deposit) will the security deposit be refunded in full and without
interest when the pupils pass out of school after the S.S.C Examination or leave
the school for any reason. If
a student remains absent without informing the Principal, her name will be
struck off the muster after a period of 30 days.
